Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our office via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and may take up to 2 weeks to process.

June Service -

• Cancellations received before June 1 are eligible for a refund, less a 3% credit card processing fee
• Cancellations received on or after June 1 or after pickup dates have be released, are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup, or after pick up has been attempted or completed, are not eligible for a refund

July Service

• Cancellations received before July 1 are eligible for a refund, less a $35.00 cancellation fee
• Cancellations received on or after July 1 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup, or after pick up has been attempted or completed, are not eligible for a refund

August Service

• Cancellations received before August 1 are eligible for a refund, less a $35.00 cancellation fee
• Cancellations received on or after August 1 are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup, or after pick up has been attempted or completed, are not eligible for a refund
